Careers at Toolex /Mazak Machinist / Machine Shop

• MUST be able to Setup, Program, and Operate MAZAK CNC Mill using Mazatrol controls
• Manufacture turned or milled parts to customer specifications working from drawings and CAD files
• Inspect parts during manufacturing using tools and inspection equipment provided
• Interact with co-workers to plan and coordinate secondary operations related to the part you are making
• Solve problems and challenges in making the parts using your knowledge and experience and by collaborating with co-workers
• Sharpen and change tools as required

Toolex and GPSED have been working together to support local DuPage County high schools since 2021
